General
The Field Operations Support assists the regional manager with the operations and
developing the business in his/her territory. The role also includes organizing and
coordinating administrative duties to ensure organizational effectiveness,
communication, and safety. Reporting to the Regional Manager (South Asia).
Job Description
Supporting the Regional Manager (South Asia) on operational duties and act as a back-up in the absence of the Regional Manager (South Asia).
Operational support such as announcement of technicians to port agents, administrative duties, follow up calls to agents.
Booking of flights for technicians in the South Asia region.
Organize the travel arrangements for technicians.
Maintaining the scheduler on a daily basis - Coordinating and assigning work for the technicians.
Visa arrangements of technicians that include the collection and preparation of supporting documents.
Technicians/local partner administration.
The main point of contact for technicians and project managers when a service is confirmed.

● Vocational education or equivalent education required
● Knowledge of google web based application such as google sheet, google docs
● Excellent reading and writing business English
● Good writing and verbal skills; internal and external contracts to be treated correctly
