We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Manager based in Thessaloniki to join our Mr. Marine team.
Job Description
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be working hybrid from Thessaloniki, responsible for the successful completion of elevator service, repair and modernization projects around the world. From start to the very end. Your colleagues are mostly based in Rotterdam, but you will also have daily contact with our people in Thessaloniki, Mexico, South Africa, Singapore, Panama, and Shanghai.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organizing and coordinating projects
Preparing proposals
Work with the installation team to ensure quality service delivery and minimizing the downtime of elevator
Establish work plan for coordinating multiple projects at a given time frame
Contact with customers, subcontractors, material suppliers, shipping agents, forwarders, port authorities
Independently analysing elevator problems and identify the right approach for each project
Oversee the planning of delivery of materials to the site
Manage communication with customers and subcontractors throughout the planning and installation process
General project administration
You will enter various Mr. Marine Academy training programmes to ensure your fast development within the company. Individual study hours and on-site training are part of the job.
Job requirements
Function requirements
Bachelors/Master degree, preferable in Engineering
2+ years related experience in project management, planning, and tracking
Experience in elevators and/or shipping is an advantage
Good understanding of business English

Salary and Benefits
Monthly gross salary of €1750/month, for the first 6 months because we want to see your talent and potential! If we see a hard-working team player in you, you will receive a salary increase and promotion!
25 days of annual leave
