As Project Manager for Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS) you will have the opportunity to make a clear and tangible contribution towards protecting the environment. Helping our customers to safeguard the oceans is our daily drive.

Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be working from our Rotterdam office and be
responsible for the successful completion of BWTS services around the world. Our international scale will give you the opportunity to interact with customers, partners and colleagues from all over the world.
You will be reporting to the Team Leader.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organizing and coordinating projects
Preparing proposals
Work with the Engineers to ensure quality service delivery and minimize the downtime of the BWTS
Establish a work plan for coordinating multiple projects at a given frame
Contact with customers, partners, material suppliers, shipping agents, forwarders and port authorities
Analyze BWTS problems in cooperation with the technical department and identify the right approach for each project
Oversee the planning of delivery of materials to the vessel
Manage communication with customers and subcontractors throughout the planning and installation process
General project administration
You will enter various Mr. Marine Academy training programs to ensure your fast development within the company. Individual study hours and on-site training are part of the job.
Job requirements
Function requirements
Bachelors/Master degree, preferable in Engineering
2+ years of related experience in project management
Experience in the maritime industry or shipping is an advantage
Excellent reading and writing skills in business English, plus a relevant second language
Good understanding and empathy for cultural differences
Being tech savvy is a plus

Salary and Benefits
Gross salary of 2600 EUR / month for the first 6 months because we want to see your talent and potential! If we see a hard-working team player in you, you will receive a salary increase and promotion!
